hardware maintenance service the next day after the service request has
been logged and for which there is a contracted coverage window.
* Available during business hours Monday to Friday excluding HPholidays
* Only available for locations with 80kms of an authorised service
provider unless agreed otherwise by
POST WARRANTY: This service was created for users where their warranty
or care pack has expired
* It provides 1 year supp for selected products at an affordable price
* These can be purchased at any time without any audit being required
* If the care pack is purchased before the original warranty or
3, 4, 5 Yr care pack runs out then the Post Warranty care pack
will start at the expiry of any current support
* If the care pack is purchased when all other support has expired
then the care pack will start on the day it was purchased from
* The terms & conditions state the unit has to be in good working order
* If a user tries to log a call immediately after registering then they
are advised that the first call will be time & materials
