POST WARRANTY:-
* Service is created for users where the warranty or care pack has expired
* Provides 1 Year support for selected products at an affordable price
* These can be purchased at any time without any audit being required
* If the care pack is purchased before the original warranty or 3, 4, 5Yr
care pack runs out then the Post Warranty care pack will start at the
expiry of any current support
* If the care pack is purchased when all other support has expired then
the care pack will start on the day it was purchased from
* The terms & conditions state the unit has to be in good working order
* If a users tries to log a call immediately after registering then they
are advised that the first call will be time & materials
