SERVICE DESCRIPTION:-
* An authorised representative will arrive at the customers site to begin
HW Maint service the next day after the service request has been logged
& for which there is a contracted coverage window
* Available during std business hours (Mon-Fri) excluding HP holidays
* Only available for locations with 80kms of an authorised service
provider unless agreed otherwise
POST WARRANTY:
* This service was created for customers where their warranty or care pack
has expired & provides 1 Year support for selected products
* These can be purchased at any time without any audit being required
* If the care pack is purchased before the original warranty or 3, 4, 5 Yr
care pack runs out then the Post Warranty care pack will start at the
expiry of any current support
* If the care pack is purchased when all other support has expired then the
care pack will start on the day it was purchased from
* The terms and conditions state the unit has to be in good working order
otherwise have the right to refuse service
* If a customer tries to log a call immediately after registering then they
are advised that the first call will be time & materials
