RETURN TO: This package includes offsite HW supp at an authorised Repair
Centre during business hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding
public holidays with a standard Turn-Around-Time of 3 full business days
on receipt of the equipment from the user
* After remote diagnosis and support the customer will deliver the
faulty unit to the Repair Centre
* Will return the repaired or replaced unit to the user
* Turn-Around-Time is measured from when the unit arrives at
the Repair Centre until it is ready for return-shipment to the user
POST WARRANTY: This service was created for users where their warranty
or care pack has expired; It provides 1 year support for selected products
at an affordable price; These can be purchased at any time without
any audit being required
* If the care pack is purchased before the original warranty or 3/4/5yr
care pack runs out then the PW care pack will start at the expiry of
any current support. If the care pack is purchased when all other supp
has expired then the care pack will start on the day it was purchased from
* The T & C state that the unit has to be in good working order
* If an user tries to log a call immediately after registering
then they are advised that the first call will be time and materials
